If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 45 days of the original purchase date. Opened CDs are not returnable unless defective. Digital downloads and individual items in kits/sets are not returnable. Returned items must be in their original condition and must be accompanied by a Packing/Return Authorization Slip with the return section filled out. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please allow up to three weeks for your return to be processed. Your refund will be processed in the same manner in which the original payment was made.

Defective merchandise, excluding normal wear and tear, may be returned for exchange or refund for up to six months after original purchase. Music Together LLC will be responsible for the costs associated with the return and replacement shipping.

Order cancellations are subject to additional charges for reimbursement of costs incurred. If the order has already shipped at the time of cancellation, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
