Babies Are Born Music-Makers

mom and babyFrom the moment they’re born, babies are primed to enjoy music. Chances are you’ve caught a glimpse of that little music-maker inside your baby, from coos when you sing a nursery rhyme, to  little wiggles when you put on your favorite song. Even the youngest babies are already alert to musical sounds and responsive to volume, movement, tempo, and melody.

While listening to music with your little one is important, incorporating  music-making experiences increases your child’s music learning potential exponentially. Our classes support  your baby’s brain development (PDF) and the parent-child relationship (PDF), and provide the support that your baby needs to begin finding their inner musician.
